However, and I may be wrong, I've got it on very good authority that Lance Thompson has actually signed a TWO YEAR DEAL with Cronulla

See, the thing with the Roosters is that they don't actually HAVE any "true heart players". It's a transit lounge, so noone develops necessary love for the club.

How many players in the First Grade squad at the Roosters are actually juniors from the club?

You'd probably know better than me, but I was of the opinion that once Ricketson got shafted, you now have a total of zero? Perhaps there is one .. or two.

No wonder you don't let your "true heart players go". Simply put, you don't have any of them to start off with.

It is conclusively proved by both Bookie and myself. Sydney Roosters and the word 'heart' just do not go together.

fact of professional sport: the roosters have won only 1 premiership in the last 17-18 years (despite making it to the grand finals in the past few years...and only winning once...and not even making the 8 this year [where the eels, sharks and dragons did])..and before that had been with out a premiership for 27 years...

base it on CURRENT performances...not past. and by current perfrormances, id say the eels, sharks and dragons are doing better than your roosters.
