Back when he was an obstetrician, he used to treat people without insurance for free, and refused to take any money from any federal health programs. Your portrayal of him as some vulgar capitalist is compeltely wrong.
In any case, the only reason insurance is unaffordable is because of government regulations. Back before government started interfering, consumers essentially engaged in collective bargaining with doctors, until the government put an end to it.
