re: The Official F1 Thread

0 is going on Kimi's car.
1 is going into retirement with Michael.
2 is going on Massa's car.

Don't make me defend Nico.
That FW28 is a dog of a car. Webber is going better, but hes an old fart in Grand Prix terms. Nico has shown speed, I think hes a future champion.

Williams needed someone cheap to drive this year. Nico just took a big step from GP2. He is learning from his mistakes. He should have really tested for a year, like what Kovalainen has done.

If Hamilton jumps up from GP2 and does what Nico is doing, I'd say Hamilton will do what Nico has done all season.

Fantastic to see Sato back to his usual tricks yesterday during the GP.
Sato-ness! Sato-ness!

Keep it up, Cape, we're watching you.

It's either that or you have to parade around naked at a really inappropriate time, like a formal function.

Excuse me?

Took your time to notice the Sato-ness. Plus Sato-ness technically does not start until after Brazil :p

And I don't like that punishment, come up with something better :mad1:

I've been out of the world for a spell.

As for punishment you can either attend black-tie functions in your birthday suit or we'll sell you to a group of cannibals or something.

I have nothing to say except your evil.

And you'll have to organise a formal function, cause I haven't been to one for 3 years :p

Hey, you're not coming up here for one (we have one in the next few weeks). There is to be nothing tying me to your formal nakedness other than snickers and outright laughter. Tastefully-censored photos (not taken or viewed by me) should be evidence.

Shit I'm just digging ymself into a hole here. Maybe I should find those cannibals.

Yup, stop digging yourself into a hole.

But not the cannibals :(
Anything but the cannibals.

No cannibals then.

So it's attending black-tie functions in the birthday suit.

And what's so bad about the rain? I mean, Jenson ate it up in Hungary and your saw what the Retiring Bastard did last week ...

No attending black tie thingos in birthday suit, as much as you'd love it
:p

Rain is bad. Bridgestone still haven't fixed their wet weather tyres.
Button didn't rip it up in Hungary, half the field retired.

Bridgestone seem confident anyway, it should be sunny for qualifying and race though.

It's bridgestones home. I would expect them to keep up with the Renaults... until it starts drying where they will probably overtake the Renaults. Hope it's something like 2004 Suzuka

Well bridgestone have said that the surface of Suzuka is more abrasive than at Shanghai. So thats probably why they didn't bring a new tyre.

Fisichocker fastest in 2 practice, the 2 ferrari's close behind.
We need Kimi to be faster than fanzo though :(

Ralf can be world champion. However, once again, I'm not going to go into that debate.

Atleast he isn't gay like Michael and Kimi

Well, in a game like Russian Reversal, it's now Ferrari who get to climb the mountain. Alonso won, and needs just one more point to retail his title going into the final round ...

Webber crased out at the chicane on lap 39. Bet he can't wait to get to Red Bull Racing.

Fuck off Ross Brawn, time for you to listen to me. Here's what you got to do for Brazil:

Get the front row in qualifying. Get michael in P1 early. If Alonso is close behind, Massa has to be "play" with him and run him off the road. OR say Massa does shit, and while his being lapped just do what Verstappen did to Montoya.

In short: You need alonso to DNF. Not gonna happen by himself, only someone else on track can do it.

Hey, you're the one who check the thread. I have no responsiblity for that, but I do have a legal obligation to post the results.

No, that isn't going to happen. Schumacher might have cheated in 1994, 1997 and this year at Monaco - regardless of what Cape says - but he's not going to want his final race marred by another 'accident'.

Legal obligation :p

Anyway, no one is knocking no one off the road in Brazil. Alonso's won the title. He just needs to cruise around a score a point. MS did it in Suzuka 2003, Alonso will do it in Brazil.

Although, if it rains again and its 2003 like weather ... who knows :p

MS will just go for the win, end his career with 92 victories :(
