he's the guy that had michelle branch as his av right? i can't think of his screenname at the moment, it was 3 letters, but he was cool, because he liked michelle branch...

yayyy aww im inspirational =D haha
okies well today wasn't that great .... actually it was pretty bad! =/ lol

breafast: 3 weetbix with skim milk and honey a dried fruit with some oats chucked in there (i was 'experimenting' :S lol and just chucking oats in there kinda makes it all soft and weird lol)
snack: french onion soup
lunch: 3 chicken nuggets and a ham&cheese sandwich (fat free cheese, lean ham, multigrain bread)
snack: 'lite' soy milk
dinner: brown rice with chicken and veg and a lil bit of stir fry and sweet chilli sauce all over it (to make the rice edible cuz i don't like rice lol)
snacks: 1/2 box dried fruit, green tea, apple, sugarfree V, 1 pc cheese

... lol i think that was it.. but i kept getting hungry and going downstairs to get more food


Things i tried to do today to keep healthy:
i ate rice with chicken while my family had beef white noodle soup thingy
errmm.. filled most of my bowl with veg at dinner
opened the pantry and saw chocolate =O .. but then closed it and drank soy milk =D
... finishing my bottle of water now just to make this sound right haha

yesterday:

Afternoon tea: Cottage Pie (yes so naughty for skipping breakfast and lunch, was feeling faint)

Dinner: A bit of steak and some vegies.



*sigh*
There's almost nothing truly edible in my house. Well, that's not true... but you know when nothing looks edible/like something you feel like eating?

I blame mum's "atkinish" dieting habits. THERE IS NO BREAD IN THIS HOUSE! *wails* Maybe that's why I feel so blah, I'm being deprived of my staple diet :(

gah I need to buy some bread tomorrow. Having huge cravings for carbs of the non-cereal variety, I found some pringles. I've now finished 2/3 of the cylindrical box :S

That's basically all I've had to eat today, aside from a small piece of steak the size of a crumpet (see I told you it was small). Waah.... I need bread... without it I'm dying! (aktins diet followers... HOW DO YOU LIVE WITHOUT BREAD?!?!!)

PB! you friggen excellent wonder, i love you! lol hearing ur story about chocolate urrm not giving-inness helped me walk away from the the last tim tam! :D

Lunch: Home made chicken nuggets from breast fillets and crumbed
Dinner: Mushroom + Bacon + Snow pea stir fried in soy and dash of lemon on top with some rice

Breakfast: Some pringles

Lunch: Very small piece of steak

Dinner: Pasta, broccoli and smoked chicken in a white cheese sauce (HURRAH FOR CARBS!)


Study: Looked at BBA250 notes today. Should start memorising them...

Exercise: Taught for 2 hours today.

wow what a great thread. im supposed to be on a diet right now but i have been stuffing myself with timtams and chocolate all day :( how do you motivate yourself to eat healthy, especially during exam period?
