How do you think we will play?

This is my line-up:

Schwarzer
Thwaite Neill Popovic
Grella (CDM)
Emerton Bresciano Cahill Chipperfield
Viduka Kewell

I'd look at bringing Aloisi and Culina on depending on how the game is going.

I'd start Thwaite because experience is not as important as it was at the Estadio Centenario. We need pace (which Thwaite has) to combat the Uruguayan counter-attacks, which can be blistering.

I'd start Cahill ahead of Culina because he is getting back to his form of last year and has had 10 days rest since his last game. He should be fresh for this and he can hopefully probe at their defence, particularly the aging Montero. His aerial strength is also an advantage.

i'd have the exact same lineup as what you said...and with bresciano and (esp) cahill having "fresh" legs, it'll create a more attacking minded game (well for australia anyway)

the same with aloisi and posssssssibly culina...aloisi on for Dukes if he's getting no where, and possibly culina for kewell

Although Thwaite impressed me against Jamaica, I'll still stick wit the same back 3, becauz you really need the big game experience to play well in the centre. If we concede 1 it'll be all over.

Shame about Turkey, I guess it'll take them a few years to rebuild. Nice to see the Czechs back on the world's biggest stage though.

Apparently two of the World Cup qualifiers were pretty violent - there was some souhg tof brawl in the Turkey-Swiss match, the crazy Alpay yet again involved! I think that 2 or 3 Swiss players were insulting the Turkish coach while he was giving an interview after the first leg.

Many of the Bahrain fans were setting chairs alight and throwing objects onto the pitch.

Twas him that got the assist tho. I wonder if the T&T fans sing his song, I know the Cove dont: "Dwight, Dwight Yorke, wherever you may be, may you always be the king of pornography". Spose its just an Old Trafford fav.
