I'm not fat. I just want a 6 pack
lift weights (i.e squats and deads which work your core).. adding muscle mass will help burn calories and increase your metabolism, which will get rid of the layer of fat covering your abs.

plus, it'll give u an overall toned body.

dont do deadlifts, you'll start growing copius amounts of hair on your chest.

(jks, it's very good, but super tiring and draining on your body)

I don't own a barbell.
If I end up doing gym in term three, where i'll have access to the equipment, I might see if I could have a go.
Can you get back problems from dead lifts?

Dead lifts don't look that hard actually. He makes it look doable. It's just lifting a little bit :p

I'm not saying he's a liar, but, I think he's a liar.

Looks like more than 3 months work.
Maybe he took something that helped him lose fat and get muscle. Is there something like that available in the market atm?
