Ha, yesterday I went to the gym and squatted and benched. I don't think my hamstrings will ever function correctly again, I got the most ridiculous muscle soreness. At least I know my hamstrings are working as prime movers I guess...
what did you do to your hamstrings man?

yesterday i went for a 5km run in the morning .

in the arvo i did:

workout - 4 sets of 10kg - hammer curls on 15 reps.
1 set of 4 shoulder exercises 8kg - front raises, side raises, db rows, military presses

also did 10 push ups while watching tv cause i was bored.

Umm about 800m from Rhodes shopping centre to Rhodes station, then the 1.2km to and from uni and Redfern station. So let's say...3km today?

Well today was chest/Abs day at Gym (Mon-fri goes Shoulders/Abs, Chest/Abs, Arms, Back/abs Legs/abs) so its pretty basic: (takes about 50mins by yourself, i do it with a mate so it takes a bit longer)

Chest//

-Dips 3sets x 10 (no assist)

-Incline bench press 3sets x 6RM (90kg)

-Flat bench press 3sets x 6RM (80kg)

-Decline Bench press 3sets x 6RM (60kg, was fucked lol)

-Barbell flys 3sets x 6RM (45lbs)

Abs//

-Leg raises 3sets x 12

-Incline Crunches 3sets x 20

-Cable Crunches 3 sets x 12

-Toe taps 3 sets x 50

Then massive protein shake (WPI) + 3 eggs +banana and honey

Then ~8hrs later is 5km run around the estate.

Btw, don't do forced reps becuase of muscle memory, greater gains are made without+ always split anabolic and aerobic exercise up because working both within a time period =<gains for both.

-Overhead Cable Extentions 3x 6RM (30kg)

-Flexors and Extendors 3x 10RM (80lbs)

walked to and from redfern station and around uni, and around macquarie uni/epping for an hour as well

I took the car to the station today instead of walking for the bus or it would have been more. I are lazy. But glad cause it got all rainy and bleh on the way home and I was in mah snug warm seat with the radio instead of walking in the freezing rain. YAY

Barbell Squats:
2 warm up sets, 3 sets of 5 x 105kg

Shoulder presses:
2 warm up sets, 3 set of 5 x 75kg

Bent over barbell rows:
2 warm up sets, 3 sets of 75kg

5kg Weighted chin ups:
2 sets of 10 narrow grip
1 set of 7 wide grip

5kg weight dips:
2 sets of 10

Nah I usually do 5 minute rounds of skipping, so depending on how I feel I'll do either 6, 9 or 12 rounds and Pushups I just do 10x20.

Started Rippetoe today so:

3x5 Squat

1x5 Deadlift

3x5 Weighted Pushup (I must get a bench, so I can actually bench press)

2x8 dips

Just thought I'd give it a quick go, will get into properly after HSC

sneezed about 100 times, so..... worked out abs today.

I wonder if that would actually work?

Some people here do so much exercise. Makes me feel unfit. The only exercise I did today was jog for 20 minutes, then I got bored and ate a calorie-laden piece of chocolate mudcake afterwards. Then I felt guilty. :(

ohhh look dw. As long as it tasted good!

I didnt know pple were so vein on here....i never exercise....maybe thats why im soooooo bloody skinny!
