a bit more well-rounded today. less protein, plenty of complex carbs. woke up at midday so i had to cram all my food into about 10 hours X(

handful of mixed almonds/pistachios
200g brown rice
150g chicken breast
100g broccoli
100g green beans + snow peas
spoonful of natural peanut butter
150g pineapple
80g mixed berries
handful of mixed almonds/pistachios
200g scotch fillet
100g green beans
100g broccoli
a WHOLE carrot

60g whey protein w/ 240ml almond milk (will have this in about an hour)
and yeah plenty of water, 2L at least.
