You do not need a LLB to be a lawyer. You can do a Diploma in Law with 66.

Graduate Law! In USYD all you need is a UAI above 90, and a credit average in ANY degree, if you have honours, Masters or a PhD, your pretty much guarentted an offer!

Yeah but you get to become a Dr. You get to change that M for a D is Mr, or completley play around with it if your female.

Nah mate, here's what ur gonna do: Your gonna simply go for a BA, NOTHING ELSE, but a BA. Once you have that, you can choose any course you want man. HSC counts for zip once u have that sweet BA.

BSc.. Pffft! BA all the way! But Honours REALLY help your chances of any form of postgraduate study, weather it be MPhil, PhD, Grad. Law, Grad. Diploma.. etc...

Of course! doing honours allows u to bypass the Masters degree altogether if u aim for a PhD. huge timesaver

They can know the history of the hamburger, Kimmeh your only looking at the majority of BA graduates, there is other opportunities available

• Bus Drivers
• Truck Drivers
• Various Apprenticeships
• Drug Dealers

Nah to me I see the BA is a more of an "enjoyment" degree; ppl take it as a hobby or enjoyable past time while combining it with something else.

I dont see any practical application of BA in the workforce by its own tho... usually ppl combine it with something like Law, and it says to the employer "I'm a cultured person to boot, hire me!". The icing on the cake so to speak.

i was talking about the BA degre only.. no double degree ... yeah i agree.. there is no practical application for BA alone. it needs to at least be combined with something else, like law, as GL said.
