Thia chicks mum from my school is some head of some sleep thingy for macquarie Uni. She always harps on about how important sleep is for the brain. I rarely go to sleep before 1. I hope that doesnt effect me to much.

I sleep at 1am on most nights and wake up at 7.30. On other nights it's 2.30am. I procrastinate too much like I am doing now.

I can't believe you guys.

Some of you claim to stay up past 12 on a school day.
You must have a really good alarm clock or something...

Anyways, me:
Sleep - 10:30 PM
Wake up - 6:30 PM

1 bus and 2 train stops to get to my senior school, everyday starting next year.
FML.

Your body clock is way messed up. In the long run, it's going to be very detrimental. In fact, I bet you that you're so knackered after your siesta that you can't study and you can't sleep until 1am, no? I recommend you take a short morning run, like a klick or two to stay awake during the day and then sleep at 10.30 pm because 5 hour sleeping sessions are not going to channel a lot of info into your head when you go to school.

Peace.
