'Come So Far (Got So Far To Go)' from the Hairspray soundtrack is like the PERFECT song for a graduation. Look up the lyrics.

We had Destination Calabria as the song we left our assembly to, basically a last minute choice because the original song we had SUCKED and no one liked it.

We used "The End" by the Doors. I think the song's hauntingly downbeat quality worked quite well. Bittersweet, definitely.
