You are a casual employee. They can tell you they won't give you shifts for 6 months, then after that they can give you 6 shifts a week. You don't get a say, they can do what they want. Have another fucking whinge.
Picture this: You are a manager. You need an area cleaned because its filthy, because the retard cook thats on doesn't know the meaning of the words 'wipe all the flour off your breading table after you've breaded the chicken'. Now it's dirty, so you tell the cook to clean the breading table. You (the cook) take one look at it and go EWIE YOU CAN'T MAKE ME CLEAN THAT THATS DISGUSTING OMG THE WORKING CONDITIONS HERE ARE TERRIBLE. Wipes it over a little, doesn't get any of the shit off. What do you do, your employee has been a retard yet again and not done what you asked? Make them do it. And it's true, you hardly deserve to be paid for it, you get an extension of your paid shift because of your own inability to do your job.
I get told to clean stuff just before I go quite often. Instead of whining like a little bitch, I actually spend the time doing it, and guess what? I get out that late. And guess what again? Quite often, they ask me to clean something, and I've already cleaned it because I'm not a gronk fuck like you who just waits to be told everything they do. For the love of god, stop acting like such a victim. The managers are the victims having to deal with people like you.
Listen: There is no harrassment. KFC is a normal workplace. You are just a whinger. All the things you think are so despicable that has happened are simply the result of you not wanting to do your job properly.
And don't think you know what you are talking about with the managers pay. If you were their age, you would get paid more then them per hour. They work part-time, they get less pay but are entitled to more benefits (none of which relate to how many employees work there). They also get set shifts, unlike you. If I was a manager I'd thank the lord for the legal power to give you 1 shift a week.
A current affair would storm in, go 'Wow, that kid was a giant fucking whinger!', and storm out.
