Should watch it, it's not a bad match. To answer your question, the keeper was out of the goals, but there was a defender on the goal line. The Mexican striker was behind the keeper (that is, between the goal line and the keeper) and was called offside when he played the ball. The argument was that he was kept onside by the defender on the goal line -- not the case. That defender was the last defender, and the keeper became the second last defender. It is the position of the second last defender that is taken into account when determining offside, not the last one.
