i sat my test at girra (entry to yr 10) and i counted 128 ppl in the hall and pretty sure there were 3 other classes on top of that.

so i feel the chances of me getting in is very acute, but at the same time i feel half the ppl are doing it just cuz their parents insist to do so.

Sounds about right. I would reassure you but, it's hard to do with honesty. Just remember you did what you could, the outcome is what it is. You have another chance as well, next year. A lot of people are lucky and get in without much preparation, regardless of whether they were really aiming for it or not, so there is that to keep in mind.

yeh, but my brother graduated from girra with a rlly good atar and it rlly does put a lot of pressure on me, especially from my parents' silent expectations as well, but yeh its all upto god at the end of the day.

I understand that. Remember that your life is not solely defined by your academics, and while sometimes it seems like the only way to continue forward is by achieving a certain goal, which doesn't even come down to you in the end (as it is a ranking); there will always be a way forward, even if it wasn't what you were planning, or isn't something your parents aimed for, or isn't in the exact path of your brother. You are what you are, you will be what you become. What you become is not something you can always decide, but you can try your hardest to be.

I guess. Might be disclosing entry to year 11 earlier than the other year's. Since Normanhurst has it own exam, they could have released earlier compared to Hast

when do the results for edutest schools come out? and dont the HAST test school come out like first or second week of august? might be wrong but like

Last yr sgghs sent my hast results during 13-19 september (dont remember the exact date) but this yr according to sgghs they’ll send hast results by 31 october

im not sure if edutest is first or not but i think hast is first? checking back i realised most ppl who did the hast got interviews one week b4 edutest skl but each calendar yr is different ig?
