your reserve, basically their not sure if they want you in or not bcs there are other candidates but they want to still see how u r so they see u do the interview and decide who is the best out of that pool of candiates

Kinda ye I guess. For baulkho if U get shortlisted, it's not like certain U get in but if U get an interview it's more of a formality to make sure Ur not crazy or smth and u get in I'm pretty sure
