are your reports and extra curricular good? If so, for the edutest, I recommend you practice hard vocabulary lists for verbal reasoning, you can find many on quiz let for free, keep revising them. Numerical reasoning is basically like GA, so practice GA books and questions, you might be able to find them online for free.

For writing, it’s always creative, so it’s always a narrative. I recommend you practice 20-30 minutes of writing every day. To improve your creative writing, you should watch a lot of fantasy/fictional movies or read fiction novels, to help you gain better ideas because this helped a lot of my friends gain entry.

For maths, you should practice time management, because there’s a lot of questions for very little time. The maths basically covers the syllabus of your current grade in depth, so focus on learning and grasping your maths syllabus very well then practising the questions.

I’d say that the edutest prep pack is a poor reflection of what is actually in the test, so I would tell you to go and purchase some scholarship tests practice which include services like giving feedback if you submit creative writing, because they’re a more realistic testing surface for the edutest than the edutest practice papers because they are quite easy.

hope this helped 🙂
I did the exact same thing this year and still got such poor results and I used a tutoring centre and I had lile a vocab word list of like idk 200 words or smth and ye like idk what to do anymore

Also do you have experience in the test and if you don't mind me asking what school do you go to?

I go to ruse but I was there for the edutest last year because they use some ruse school students as like mark scalers, like to see the performance of the cohort for the edutest in ruse

So maths seems to be your weak points whilst English is definitely more stronger. I don’t know about Baulkho, but I know for ruse, that the minimum they accept is 3 superiors and 2 of the second tier (I’m not sure if this is high average).

alright that’s good to hear, but also know for Baulkho they like extracurriculars a lot too because someone I know from a lower school got E in her report but she got in because of the edutest and because she did tonnes of extra curricular

in the case I think you’ll be capable of achieving 4 superiors and higher. As far as I know, you should purchase scholarship tests because they provide eerily accurate maths papers to the edutest.

For numerical reasoning, you should practice patterns, etc. there’s a website that my friend used. Later tonight when I’m free, I’ll dm that to you in pms, you can practice it on that website, they have mini tests.
