Agreed I still barely understand how HNMR workssame... the nmr / infrared / mass spec questions are always pretty difficult imo

non-legal measures would be like media and non-governmental organisations righttthey cant ask an essay question in legal about the theme and challenge, "Effectiveness of legal and non-legal measures in achieving justice", right bc what would you even write for non-legal measures?

Bruh my legal teacher was kind of like thattheres this one guy she loves who got like a 92% and no one else (60 kids) got above 70%...the favoritism is insane

umm I have no idea, sometimes I saw that^ or id say the statement "..." is ___ to a ___ extent or wtvwait guys how do you answer a crime question where they give you a statement? like eg. evaluate this statement in regard to/with reference to...
like do we say "This statement is true to a moderate extent" or do we like use specific quotes from the statement and incorporate it throughout our response

do that ^ but also the statement will usually be centered around a concept of the system (e.g. bail i think was used in like 2014??) so u have to have a paragraph on that. if the statement is more general make sure you use words from it or concepts (e.g. compliance etc) which are used/explored in the statementwait guys how do you answer a crime question where they give you a statement? like eg. evaluate this statement in regard to/with reference to...
