    10 for short answers? really? I doubt that! English is def not my fave nor best subject, so I'm HOPING for a band 5. I felt I did WAY better in the trials (81/105) so yeah...hopefully a band 5 :) if you don't get a band 6 there is something wrong with the world!

    yeah, they certainly threw a curveball this year. We did Skrzynecki as well, I did Post Card (and pretty much the same thing as you) and 10 Mary Street - and like you as well, my related text was more about belonging to community, but I provided an example of a 'place' but yeah, I left it till last so I didn't get to write as much as I would have liked...so I'm hoping I had enough deconstruction!

    anyway i think you have a GREAT chance in getting a band 6! If you get a band 6 in standard, then ive heard thats better than getting a band 6 in advanced!
    yeah module b was a killer for advanced people. did you have trouble with the 'belonging to place' in the essay?

    AOS was pretty hard for my prescribed text, but still got out 9 pages. Creative was good, 6 for that and short answer a bit dodgy but 5 hahaha, modules was easier than expected.

    It was pretty much the same, imo. But my writing/knowledge for everything has gone down from trials, because I did barely anything in the break. :/
    It was pretty weird, but I still found it really easy, and mod A is usually my best too, so I'll go well there. :)

    I'm pretty sure I'm looking at \frac{12+11+9}{45}*40 + (18+18+16) = 80\tfrac{4}{9} which is \frac{1}{3} better than my trial. Lol.

    I did okay. Expecting like ~52. Which is better than my trial, but not great.
    They were relatively easy except I should've had a better RT lined up for Into The World. Apart from that I think I did fine.

    hahah yeah im first cos my analytical skills are really really good and everyone in my cohort is dumb! We all found english to be okay overall, Mod A and C were fine but mod B was really hard

    ahhh I dont really pay much attention to ancient cos it probably wont count for me but Ill probs just read over my notes and stuff and since its mainly about your analytical skills I dont think reading over my notes will help that much but yeah ill do it anyway
