oh i'm not sure about entering grad medicine because obviously I havent done it before. I can't tell you for sure whether it's going to be easier for you that way or not...you see the thing is...there are less people applying for graduate entry, but there are less places available anyway.

haha what i save on accomodation, i spend on food...actually james says he feeds 3 people for 20 bucks a week and him being james im inclined to believe him :) but as for myself I spend 40 bucks. There are some things in life you can't afford to go without :)

yep...I don't think Medicine should be conferred as MBBS because that's misleading. It suggests that Medicine and Surgery are different degrees which can be learnt independently. So I propose we all copy Newie's course title...heck everybody copys their curriculum anyways :) Why not take it all...

i myself pay 85 excluding expenses...so about 100 a week? but thats cos i got a new house with private ensuite hehe :)

yep, thats true. Plus the fact that Monash is a five year course means that you save money in the long run. Same goes for Newcastle University.

its not difficult in the sense that the UMAT and UAI requirements are low, but you have to make sure you really make them impressed during the interview... As for the difference between BMed and MBBS, there is none.

You appear to have no experience of Uni... the UAI is not proportional to university performance! Same goes for Medicine. There are people in my faculty who had lower ENTERs but did well in first year and vice-versa.
