    quanta to quarks dotpoint

well the books describe four distince emission lines observable in the spectrum when observed with a spectrophotometer....these invariably helped bohr develop his model because he was looking for that extra 'something' to explain why electrons dont just fall into the nucleus from constant...

    Photoelectric effect and semiconductors

ahha no even then the discovery of the photoelectric effect did not lead to the discovery of transistors as such, but was rather an application brought about through alternating layers of positive and negative type semiconductors? wont u agree with me here? to illustrate my point, lets...

ahha i know what this is....cos its my namesake lol...haha nar jkjk anyways the syllabus requires students to describe one way in which emitted radiation may be observed in the laboratory...other apparatus include photographic film, geiger-muller counters and scintillation cameras...although i...

    Calculating salt concentration in water

no way man! this is a standard term :) edit: i think this term is used in relation to some gases in the atmosphere which are present in minute amounts...also in roland smith in relation to the greatness of AAS in monitoring ions in our waterways

    Cloudstreet Essays and Representations

it is arguable the extent to which one can maintain textual integrity in the application of a reading...for as Marx mentioned in his famed manifasto...Ideologies are subject to socio-economic forces and to think otherwise would be deceiving ourselves with a 'false consciousness'... anyhows...

    dilution factor

hmmm i think its where u have to dilute a substance by a suitable factor, why you would want to im not too sure, but one example i can think of from the top of maH Head is where you are doing a titration on ethanoic acid (vinegar)...so you would have to apply a suitable dilution factor before...

    Uncertainty Principle

u also should mention john that heisenbergs undertainty principle is further theoretical evidence for the DeBroglie theory of matter WAVES since this theory talks about the probabilities of electrons being in a particular location at any given time~
