I am only reffering to normal friends with no romanitic implications. I'm lost as to why I would not want to have attractive friends of this sort.

I think you may have just classified the majority of the male race as idiots, lol. Maybe it's just me and my unassuming self but I could definatley just see going to the movies as a friends thing.

I second that. As long as you are sure in yourself as a person you should be fine. Of course, there will still be nerves but it would sure be annoying to have someone that always rips on themselves. Oh and by the way, guys will be far more attracted to your looks than you probably realise.

Yeah, I would pretty much be flattered by any girl that asked me to spend time with them. Even if it was nothing but friends, the fact that they would like to spend time with me would mean a lot . In fact I would prefer it as friends, unless you already like each other of course.
