As much as I want this year to be over I can't begin to comprehend what life is going to be like after the HSC, going to university instead of school, drifting away from friends, it's a scary thought.

Wow thats a bit strange, that would be like only testing students on what they did in term 2 in the yearly exam. But yes, as it has been said before it is usually module 1 and most of/ all of module 2.

That is true, some people recieve their HSC marks and are so excited because they get in the 70s then they get a UAI of 50 and wonder what happened. I think they should give us our raw marks and it should be UAC's job to moderate and scale and do whatever else happens to our marks so that it is...

Just take a deep breath and relax, if the HSC is causing you this much grief then maybe take a break for a while and then get back into it. If it gets worse then maybe you could talk to someone about it?

13 units is a pretty big workload with your subjects, like Ext 2 maths and physics. It is entirely up to you and the confidence you have in your subjects, however I recommend 11 :)

12 units seems to work fine with me, I was used to it in Year 11 and it's just basically the same workload but it is always a personal thing.

Hopefully with 2009 I can start to get some better study habits for the holidays. Hoping to start probably 4-5 hours from tomorrow.
