    BMI Question

Hey. I've been told the general range is 18.5 - 25, but it's REALLY just a guide. People can be below/above that and be healthy, and people can be within it and unhealthy.

    Help with the pill

Sometimes it can take a few months for your body to adjust. At least that's what my ex was told.

    Vegetarian Recipes

These are suggestions rather than recipes, but spinach and ricotta anything, nachos and vegetarian pizzas are all hella awesome. Or you could be creative with pastry and vegies in your oven (eg. layer sliced veggies between cheese).

What was your parents & family reaction to your UAI?

I did VCE and finished a few years ago. Don't worry about dodgy family reactions, guys. It doesn't matter as long as you're happy with your results. Having said that, mum gave me the same congratulatory hug she would have given if I'd accomplished anything and then said she hopes my life...

    Study

That's crap. I went to a few different schools, and they all started preparing us for year 12 really early. Most of us were sort of over the whole thing by year 11. And Oprah is awesome. I'm too much of a daytime TV buff to admit :(

06ers (and others I spose): Are you still talking to your school friends?

Yes and no. I've kept in contact with, and actually gotten closer to a few high school friends since leaving, but they aren't the ones I thought I'd remain friends with (if that makes sense). More recently it turned out most of my uni friends were just using me, but there's always some...

    Study

I'd like to say I worked consistently throughout my final years, but the truth is I studied when it was necessary or I felt the inclination. The trick is to use your time wisely, but that's easier said than done :)

    Accidnets

Two. I was a passenger in the first - my Dad drove through a red light and another car drove into my side and kinda smashed the door into me. But the second was fully my fault, I drove into a roundabout.

    Anxiety Attacks..

I'm sure you have good intentions, but how can you dish out medical advice like that? If someone seriously has a problem they should talk to their doctor and make an informed decision. Medications aren't for everyone, but they can help people.

    Anxiety Attacks..

You could try distracting yourself when you feel one starting. Or you could talk to your friends about what worries you, sometimes that can help to put things in perspective. Otherwise you should talk to your doctor. There's a whole bunch of medications that have helped some people to cope with...
