That means it's a rar file. It's very similar to .zip, which you may have seen before. You'll need either winrar or 7-zip (see the post above me for a link) to open it.

I have Sydney Boys, Sydney Girls, Cumberland and Girraween trials, anyone want them or should I just not bother?
