-> turn off phone
-> go into quiet space
-> force urself to do it
if u cant find quiet space then consider waking up at different time to avoid noise and/or go to library or somewhere else if that helps

i get distracted a lot too so i started using this app called flora and it helps a lot

i tried a chrome extension like flora it didnt work for me i just turned it off all the time lol. to lock in i like brown noise or lofi piano music but 90% is motivation and caring about the work which is hard

imma keep it a stack i couldnt care less, but me personally i use a mirror as motivation yfm fwyb

no, I had multiple two exam days though
it was low-key hell but manageable if you have succinct notes to scan over during exam breaks (also make sure to eat)
