I think UAC just uses previous years data not this current cohorts so it can be wrong/slightly inaccurate.

Seems a bit inaccurate unless physics aligned super poorly. My internal raw mark should be 81, which should align higher than an 80.

The internal mark aligns based on your cohorts exam mark. This means that your cohorts underperformed in the exam if your internal is moving down.
