That's only if you do 12 units and all your other subjects are better than advIf you did ext 2 eng, would that mean adv wouldn't count then if you slay both extensions? Because I think you only need your best 2 units of english to get HSC and an ATAR.
Latin!I wanna flip the question a lil and ask everyone what subject you wish you took/had the opportunity to take (if your school didn't offer it)
For me, it's either geo accel or chem
You're crazyLatin!
Music 2 or accel business or smth cause my school doesn’t offer it. But I lowkey wish I picked eco or at least chem instead of SACI wanna flip the question a lil and ask everyone what subject you wish you took/had the opportunity to take (if your school didn't offer it)

But like, no speaking required + insaine scaling. You mainly translate rather than composing a sentence like 'Hello, my name is Jennifer, would you like bread or potatoes?'You're crazy
You've got a point, but I still don't think I would've enjoyed it much :/But like, no speaking required + insaine scaling. You mainly translate rather than composing a sentence like 'Hello, my name is Jennifer, would you like bread or potatoes?'
I was in 3u accel originally but then I crashed out because my school combined 2u and 3u and our first topic was perms+combs and my 15yo self cried myself to sleep after every lesson for 8 weeks but then I dropped it but I couldn't keep 2u accel because it was combined. Also, I think my teacher probably cried because I was the only accel studentEcoooo
Also I forgot, but maths adv accel too
SACLast one: do you regret picking any of your subjects?
I regret picking physics and then dropping it

Lowkey - geo. The new syllabus does not specifically tell you what you should know and to what extents. But I've learnt to appreciate it and also the scaling on the high end is actually really good; A 95 in geo has a 99+ ATAR contribution (which is high, but then again it's not like it's 4u maths or anything). Additionally, there is so much content like damn I'm being cooked by geo content more than bio ffs.Last one: do you regret picking any of your subjects?

Is it because of the PIP?
No it’s just kinda boring. I think the pip will be the fun part and was kinda the reason why I picked it but I’ll prob drop it next yearIs it because of the PIP?
Alright. It's been over a year, and I'm still confused about what SAC actually is from what my friends say they learn like wtf is SAC like I mean you learn about society and culture but huh... That's so broad for my tiny brain to comprehendNo it’s just kinda boring. I think the pip will be the fun part and was kinda the reason why I picked it but I’ll prob drop it next year
So far we’ve been doing some very broad stuff like about gender norms, stereotypes, SAC research, etc with some examples. Now we’re doing a case study on the Hazara people and stuff about society and culture thereAlright. That’s the reason I almost went up but I already chose 4U math, and subjects I could drop I was doing too well inIf you did ext 2 eng, would that mean adv wouldn't count then if you slay both extensions? Because I think you only need your best 2 units of english to get HSC and an ATAR.

definitely modern history, i HATE history w a burning passion, not only was it just so boring AND has so many essays (english is already fucked enough), it was my only y10 subject that i failedWhat HSC subject do you think you would have enjoyed the LEAST had you been forced to take it?
software eng they didnt offer for my year bc not enough ppl picked itI wanna flip the question a lil and ask everyone what subject you wish you took/had the opportunity to take (if your school didn't offer it)
i'll also heavily agree w this, i did latin when i lived in the uk and it was SO goated, i miss that shit. its scaling is incredible for a language WITHOUT SPEAKING OR LISTENING!!!!!!!!!!!!!Latin!
i actually love all of my subjects except english but i didnt pick that soLast one: do you regret picking any of your subjects?
