It does serve her right, he should get more time in jail than just a measly 45 days, for the amount of whining and complaining and stupidity she's displayed, she should be locked up forever...stupid useless homo sapien..

She is punished severely because she is white, blonde and somehow a symbol of America's elite class that rest of the world is jealous of. I'd love to see Al-Sharpton picketing outside Paris' mansion had she not been sent back to jail.

I'm hearing they might be putting her on suicide watch. Don't have a news article because I don't trust the source I got it from. This is probably going to be one of the worst things I'll ever say, but that doesn't stop it being any less true: if Paris Hilton is willing to attempt to take her own life over a forty-five day jail sentence, the authorities should let her try (I'm not going to say 'let her succeed'). The fallout from the news she had attempted suicide would ruin her career (though how can you describe a person who does nothign as having a career?).
