getting them to CL this quick will do them more harm than good cos then their squad will get analed by italian/spanish teams, this will decrease their team morale and fitness and hence, probbably end up in mid bottom table fight

i rekon holland has a good chance and even france.....provided they're able to score some goals in the group phase...england should do well too
