Ok, I'm really hoping that bit was a joke. :p

Well, I actually think that if you have gay friends, that's something to be admired. Not many people can...you know...well I know I would have trouble being friends with someone whose way of life or whatever was so against what I believe.
I must say I completely agree with his policy of nightly beatings though.

i think between this thread, 'homosexuality in australia' and 'Gay people shouldn't have access to IVF treatment' we have exhausted all the avenues of discussion, except when some ignorant person comes in and says " gays are stupid".

ahh well

p.s. just a question for iron (sorry to single you out, but i do find your responses interesting), what would you think of a relationship between homosexual people, but no sex?

Spyro, are you a homophobe?
Truthfully, yes but To demonstrate in which way i'll use the Encarta definition and have the part that applies to me in italics.

Showing an irrational hatred, disapproval, or fear of homosexuality, gay and lesbian people, or their culture

Yeah. I thought that might be the case. That's why I just said 'interesting'...I realise that one can still disapprove/disagree with something without being a dickhead about it.

Is it just because you're uncomfortable with it?

No they don't scare me, no they don't hurt me, yes they kinda annoy me because I really do disaprove with the whole concept of homosexuality for reasons that I will keep to myself.

Driving through the city passed bars called things like the toolshed, so easy to ignore.
Well i dont know how to help you, all i can say is grow up, get with the times and deal with this:

No they don't scare me, no they don't hurt me, yes they kinda annoy me because I really do disaprove with the whole concept of homosexuality for reasons that I will keep to myself.
Because seriously, if you can not accept the concept of homosexuality fully, you will never move forward.

I don't need help, as I said I do my best to be understanding. Having a massive parade once a year doesn't help, unless hetrosexuals also get a parade but that would be considered intolerant or whatever the word of the day is.
