I need to change my name because i had a brain explosion when filling out the form online, I didn't put my Chinese name as my first name ><

damn! yeah it's annoying how your full name must match your driver's license.. just change it online, it'll take some time though

A heads up - they may not accept your student card as a formal ID so just get your passport if you do not have a drivers license.

Some buildings/rooms/labs have swipe access, even during the day so you may end up needing it when uni starts (probably around mid sem for after hours work in a computer lab :p)

Umm, I had to change my name in person to include middle name. They have to see your licence before you can change your name.

In this case you should get a passport, find your birth certificate or try to get a driver's licence ASAP...

Contact Births, Deaths and Marriages and get your birth certificate mailed to you.

Then get a passport using the birth certificate and a photo or if you want just get your L's with your birth certificate and some other photo id as required by RMS.

Then get your student id card later on.

Why is the contrast for the photos so badddd? It makes me look so black :(
