Ye i've been training for 6 months and a bit now. Squat max is now at 160kgs and about 130kg deadlift (need to put more work on the latter)

My old routine allowed me to squat once a week, deadlift 1-2x, bench 2x (bb and db). The bench 2x was probably a bad idea though, since i did heavy both days. Should've done one light - one heavy.
