Abdominal Plank: 15 min OR for beginners, 7x90 seconds, 30 second breaks, and work your way up
Pushups: 5x100, 3 minute break OR for beginners, 5x20 with some sort of break in between and work your way up
Pull ups: 10x5 reps, then 25 in one go.
Ab wheel: 100 rolls
