4 sets of dumbell chest press.
15kg x 10reps (i thought this was just warming up, but apparently we were replacing barbell with this), then 25kg x 10reps, then 27.5kg x 8 or so reps, then 30kg x 5 reps
>_________< fffuuuuuuuu i am awesome
then dumbell chest fly, 12kg 10x3
then barbell bench, 50kg, 10x3
finished off with an embarassing bicep curl, couldnt finish because i was ded :(

Started new routine last night, hits every muscle group over 2 workouts, last night was chest, back, biceps and abs.

Flat bench: Warm-up, 10 reps (75kg), 7 reps (80kg), 5 reps (85kg)
Incline bench: 10 reps (50kg), 7 reps (65kg), 5 reps (70kg)
Decline flys: 3 x 10 reps (15kg)
Deadlift: 2x5 (110kg)
bent rows: 10 reps (60kg), 7 reps (65kg), 5 reps (70kg)
preacher curls: 3x10 (35kg)
Incline dumbell curls: 3x10 (12.5kg)
Weighted sit ups: 3x10

The volume concerns me a bit as I felt my deads and rows lagged a bit purely due to the fatigue following 3 sets of chest.

yesterdays workout:

back squats 3x5 (105, 115, 125)
bench press 3x5 (55, 60, 60)
deadlift 1x5 (130)
barbell shoulder shrugs 3x8 (100, 110, 110)
chinups 3x(failure)

my grip is really failing me. i reckon i could deadlift 140ish if i had chalk/more callous-y palms :(
