Skin needs vitamin B and a bit of C in it's structure so I guess eating more vegetables would help?:D :D Also, drinking more water will keep your skin more elasic. Ofcourse not that I like vegetables, I try not to eat them myself, but my mum makes me. :(

Sun exposeure is the main cause of wrinkles, hence why more and more young people are getting wrinkles earlier coz they think its cool. And yeah it looks yujck and your bound to get skin cancer and thus scars.

Drink heaps, moisturise with ones for sensitive skin. dont use those bar soaps..use like sorbalene cream coz that doesnt dry out your skin.

would genetics have anything to do with it?
Wear suncream 30SPF
Cetaphil Lotion is good for sensitive skin. < cheap too.

I dunno about the wrinkles tho.

Pretty much what everyone else has said. The sun is your biggest threat.

Also, wear sunnies so you don't squint and get crow's feet.

Try not to move your face.
AT ALL.
This includes smiling, talking, eating etc.
Then you should be fine.
lol, i rarely smile, laugh and talk.

anyway i rarely go out in the sun which is another reason my face is pale.
does anyone know if physical stress makes wrinkles appear faster?
e.g lifting heavy weights ( and stressing your face and neck muscles until your face goes red)

other than that, i drink water a lot more than everyone else, no one seems to hydrate themselves except me.

Dude, I just saw your pic that you had attached.

Doubt facials would be good for sensitive skin. Dude can't even use moisturiser..

But I do loooove my Estee Lauder Daywear Plus.
Full of anti-oxidants so it'll help fight wrinkles plus it's good on sensitive skin too.
But it's like $86 for 50mL..

or if your a mythical creature of the night cum

drinking lots of water being a way to make skin more beautiful is a myth. the food we eat is made up largely of water anyway, so unless you're severely dehydrated water won't do much.

if you have very dry skin (my skin has a tendency to be dry, esp around my mouth and nose) then invest in a very good, thick face cream for sensitive skin. i doesn't need to be expensive - i have found olay to be the best for my skin when it's dry, and they have a sensitive skin line. :)

i think cleansing/moisturising/toning is good..using creams every morning and night after a shower....helps rehydrate the skin and keeps it young....its fairly impossible to not get a single wrinkle at all though...theres always plastic surgery, if its such a big issue..

actually i think vigorous cleansing ages you, because all that tugging at the skin makes it lose elasticity.

and toners are often alcohol based, and even if they arent they're astringent which means they have to be strong and this makes your skin dry. only use a toner if you have acne, and use one without alcohol, like mario badescu.

its best, in my opinion (and i have very dry skin too) to use a cream cleanser like sothy's beauty milk or cetaphil and tissue it off before rinsing your face in warm water and gently patting dry.

use a good quality moisturiser with sunscreen (like EL daywear plus) and drink 8 glasses of water a day.

you know from a guy's point of view, attempting to use any of these make-up related products makes you feel like a girl.
it would be embarrassing if you actually suggested me to go out and buy some expensive cream especially at shops like david jones where there's a girl at the cash register.
