how many writing prompts are in the hast exam??

I did it last year for year 8 into 9 entry and if I recall, there was 1 prompt

What are you passionate about
Tell us about a difficulty or disappointment you have experienced and how you overcame it

does anyone know what they like/looking for or know what anyone else who got into sydney girls high school trhough edu test did?

you have to answer the questions by lying basically. you want to show them your social, productive side so you can write about how you love sports (if you don't just say that you're not good at it but you love it) and how you'll make a difference when you transfer. you should also glaze the school and make up small anecdotes in questions that are appropriate to do so such as the difficulty/disappointment question. make it so that you have character development yk.
I know I probably know nothing about sydney girls so don't take my advice heavily.

that said, are the two writing prompts for edutest each narrative and persuasive or is it random

also to answer ur question i only know for hast test but i feel like going on to the actual edu test site and seeing what they are doing might help

the official edutest website doesn't say anything besides the fact that the test is 15 minutes long

i'm pretty sure there is only one writing prompt for edutest, either narrative or persuasive but i'm not 100% sure just based on what i have seen in this discussion

hey i bought notesedu for the year 6 version of the HAST test, it was a long time ago but it was worth it and pretty similar to the actual test. i also bought selectivetrial but from what i remember notesedu was the better option! i'm planning to buy notesedu again for entry into ruse yr9

for ruse, what cources r u gon buy cus i havent seen any cources on notesedu specified for edutest transfer

do you know how difficult the questions are for you? if they're easy, then practice not making mistakes and solving the questions quickly in 30 seconds
the most difficult part of edutest is the time limit

there are edutest courses on notesedu but it's hard to find on their website- i found it at https://classroom.notesedu.com/learn . and i accidentally bought the year 9 course instead of the year 8 one so im a bit cooked

Hi does anyone know how the selection process works for HAST? I’ve heard ppl saying that they first choose the top 20 students based on their HAST results, then pick like 2 that have the best supporting documents.
