i don't think he studied at all
but tbh theres similarities between the year 6 selective test and edutest, and a lot of people do a ton of tutoring to get into selective in year 6

stop a kid last yr got into yr 11 entry baulko n when asked i asked his friend how he studied, his friend replied he didn't study at all actually like how bro w 2 superiors?

so for girra entry in yr 10, are ther only like 1-5 spots, or is it like a new class thats being opened??

a new class is opened btw its on their literal website (i got yr 10 entry girra without tutoring fyi new person)

YOO GUYS!!!! you wont believe this, but after 2 long months of being on sydney tech reserve, i FINALLY GOT IN!!!!!!! so my mum got the call from tech today randomly, and shortly after, they sent me the offer letter and i had to let them know if i was gonna accept or reject the offer, obvs i was ecstatic to accept straight away, anyways so this honestly felt surreal... but does anyone know anything about sydney tech?? ive tried to look on their website for any sort of orientation or welcome things for yr 8-11 transfers, but theres nothing excpet yr 7 2026 orientation tuesday 2nd december, but out of curiousity i checked other school websites like hurlstone, and they have yr 7 cohort, AND yr 8-11 transfers orientations on the same day 2nd december, so.... im not sure, but the offer letter did say over the coming weeks, we'll start to get info and enrolment process docs, subjects, etc. all that stuff, so yeah!

im thinking of doing industrial tech - engineering, graphics, and possibly commerce, since these r some of the subjects they offer in yr 9, (i still have the subject selection booklet from the email back when they offered me interview), and accelerated maths but im not sure how ill get into that

you might get it in the mail, or they could be updating the website. we got mailed enrolment stuff for ruse

didnt soemone get into ruse this year with only 2 superiors? yeah the standards have lowered id say from like the past ten years, its really how you compose your portfolio and test performance and obviously the comp. in year 8-9 for ruse, you have to perform well academically, in year 11 entry for ruse - academics are quite low in standards, and extra curricular is high, but it all depends on the competition youll face

Year 11, you can get away with poor edutest marks idk why they set the test results so low for year 11 entry. But for year 9 entry test performance is important, should be scoring around 4-5 superiors, 3 is like pushing it
