1 hour cyclocross practice, on the bike, off the bike, carry the bike, so painful!

3 hour bike ride in the hills... On high gearing up slopes. Dude, feel good after it XD.

Going to get my old Kung Fu routine back... 150 situps, a set of 20 of the five types of pushups I know plus another 50 proper form, half a K sprint, 2 K run with 5 to ten pullups on the goalposts each lap of the oval... Core strengthening and solidarity exercises and finally, my forms, tai chi and specialized stretches.

It's gonna kill me getting back to it!

haven't done it yet, but i will do sprintervals, some leg exercises and weights =D

What I do 10 times a week anyway:

10 min warm-up jog/sprint.
Followed by 45 mins cycling (standing up, keeping above 15km on incline, 30km on decline)
Then roughly 4 reps of push ups, crunches, squats, lunges and pull-ups.

I'm trying very hard to tone up and shed that layer of fat. Is there anything I should be adding or avoid doing?

also, eat healthy, salads, fruits, lean meat, no fatty or oily or greasy stuff.

I have a great diet (cept Sunday avo, that's sensible pizza n pasta night).
I aim for 12 veg a day.
And I thought oily fish (ie sardines) etc were great. Or were you more on the fast-food battered and scattered nutrients and buttered up dairy cream crap.
I understand the self-control in eating is just as important as the self-discipline in exercise.

Just bragging, but this health kick is the best thing I've ever felt. :D
