Assisted Chin up - 45 kg counterweight (so i'm lifting like 13 kilos, haha) 3x16-20
Planks/hovers - 3 x 60 seconds
Lying leg raise - 3 x 20
10 minutes interval training on cross trainer- rest:level 8, workout:level 16
maintain 120-130 strides per minute
10 minutes cross trainer level 9
maintain 120-150 strides per minute
30 minute walk home
