=Lateral Dumbrell Raise (30lbs)
=Forward Dumbrell Raise (35lbs)
=Shoulder Press (60lbs)
=Barbell Raise (100lbs)

-Interval [Run->Sprint->walk] (~5km)

7 minute warmup on the cross trainer - level 9

leg press 4 x 20 - 46kg
Hip abductor and adductor 2 x 20 of each - 30kg
chin ups/tricep dips with 47kg counterweight 2 x 20 of each, alternating
Planks 3 x 1 minute
Lying hip raises 3 x 10, holding hips up for 5 seconds each raise

30 mintue walk home

Bike ride 11kms . Went for a walk around my area after dinner.

Yesterday I went for a bike ride from Blakehurst to Brighton and back, 100 sit ups, 50 push ups.

Today I went for a swim for 40 mins and I am yet to do my sit ups and push ups :D

whoa 100 situps!

today i did a bunch of pushups and a smaller bunch of crunches.
im piss weak with ab stuff, gotta do heaps if i want a 6pac!!! :D

- 5 x dumbbells
- 5 x pectoral curls
- 5 x arnold shoulder exersize
- 5 x shrugs
- 10 x tricep dips
- 30 x bicycle abs workout
- 10 x dumbbell kickbacks

if someone knows a bit about weights, let me know if you can improve my workout.

seems abit mixed up, try to focus on area today (if you have the time)

i do,

chest
back
legs
shoulders
arms

in that order ^^ interspersed with 2 rest days

if time doesn't allow for a split regime, consider going on the Rippetoe Regime (bodybuilding.com for more info). its a three day regime consisting solely of compound exercises. a friend of mine is on it, making significant gains

Sitting down for a day and doing some serious reading about how to lift properly, and then starting on a solid routine such as Rippetoe's will see you making gains you probably would never make on your current routie.

Didn't do anything today but yesterday I exercised heaps. I can't even put a number to it because of how much walking I was doing over the whole day in total but the absolute highlight :rolleyes: would have to be walking the long way from the Circular Quay bus stop on Bridge St to Sydney Theatre Company because I didn't know there was a shortcut (fortunately I discovered it on the way back).

yesterday arvo went for a 25 min run from double bay to rose bay and back. i was very hungover and almost puked twice

then we went for a swim in redleaf pool

awful!

Misse the gym last week :( but here is my plan for next week - imma group fitness addict! (tuesday is Australia day, but i would do pump ont hat day)

monday: pump (morning), bodyattack (night)
wednesday: attack and balance
thrusday: RPM
friday: pump

I rode my brothers bike for 1hour. to thepost office and back so i could get my registered fucking mail. He's a good 10cm + taller than me and the bike was so low. crotch pain low. LOLOL
At least ur not a guy lol
