has anyone done the 2022 bos chem trial? please tell me it was really cooked 😭 i think its the first time i didnt get to the end of a chem paper (i was nowhere near the end cause there was bloody 38 questions)
i'll try this tomorrow as well. i've been putting off bos papers cause everyone is saying how hard it is rip

Okay I did it (finished 40 min early bc it was so hard) and I got 51 ahahaha
like two dumb mistakes but I literally could not do any of the last questions at all

To what extent was ideology significant in the transformation of Soviet society under Stalin?
Just off the top of my head this is what i'd frame my paragraphs around:

- Propaganda and censorship.
- The belief in eliminating all opposition.
- Repression and terror through purges and show trials.

These transformed Russia by creating a climate of fear and a system of loyalty that allowed Stalin to consolidate absolute power, standing alone in the Politburo by 1929.

Yes but dont forget a paragraph on how ideology did not help.
For example talk about socialism in one country, instead of trying to spread communism worldwide.
Also how people still pushed back against him (ie people hiding food from collectivisation (although that might have been the Bolsheviks I don't remember lol)).
