stop my teacher did that too she gave me a 17/20 in business and then said it wouldve gotten 20/20 in hsc bruh

wait guys how do you answer a crime question where they give you a statement? like eg. evaluate this statement in regard to/with reference to...

like do we say "This statement is true to a moderate extent" or do we like use specific quotes from the statement and incorporate it throughout our response

u have to reference the statement explicitily, i got marked down for just implying it by doing YO essay because thwe statement was on YO and theyre like you didnt reference the statement i got so pissed omd never again in my life

thats literally the english teachers at my school. they mark SOOO harshly like the average is 60-70% and then they say "oh but hsc would give you top band" like why be so harsh then???
