Hey - defs helped! Totally forgot to reply... forgive me also the prelim chapters for physics was a real help, gotta thank you again.
I see. Take yo time! School's awesome so far I guess haha workload is getting tougher :/
I had an intergral limited from 0 to -4, after letting u=x^2-4 and subing x (which equaled 0, -2, 2) into that equation. But after I do the substituion that integral is multiplied by a half to make du=2xdu, and so after intergration it goes from 64 to 32.

Sorry if this doesn't make sense I'm so confused :p . Thanks for the reply :D
hi kuro! it was great, it is definitely not as competitive as i was expecting it to be!
Decided that I didn't want to go all the way to Canley Heights lol so now I'm going to Mr Zhang so hopefully that turns out well!!
Um, I prefer Usyd, but purely for aesthetic reasons (their buildings are so pretty!!!) and apparently Usyd is better? But still not going to complain if I make it into Unsw :)
Hopefully with lots of hard work, I'll be able to do ok :3
Haha, my grade are planning to beat Ruse when we do our hsc lol
Thanks so much for your advice, I really appreciate it :)
LOL shit, never even thought about e-mail/calling the principal or whoever. I always had the thought that I should straight up ask to change subjects on the first day of school. Now that you mention it, it might be too late. Crap.
I go back on 30th as well. Don't all Year 11s? o_O Except I'm still confused because this letter says I'm authorised to enrol on the 30th except I don't know whether we just enrol and go back home or we actually go to our classes afterwards.
Plus it's a Wednesday so I don't know whether to wear my sports uniform or not. Erghh. Do you have clue?
School finishes at 3:15 everyday :( I get to Fairfield at around 4:35 if I leave straight after school
Yes, med is my dream, if I can make it :) Are you aiming for med also?
But the thing is, I'm not very good at Chemistry and I'm not a very sciencey person. I did pretty badly in Chemistry last year - not sure if I'm actually really dumb, or if I didn't work hard enough last year when the we were being taught chemistry. So I doubt I can do a module in one week :S

Oh noooooooooooooooooooooo, that's so far in. It'd be hard to catch up, yeah? :/
It's inconvenient because it starts/ends really late, like I wouldn't have enough time to go back home after school before it starts, but if I went there straight after school, I'd be too early?? Does that makes sense lol
Yeah, not many people go to Mr Zhang, there's 5 or 6 from my school, but they all started last year and now it's too late for me to join them because they're too far ahead :( Mr Zhang's starting a class this term where they're starting module 1, but he's not even going to be teaching it himself and it's going to be at the same pace as school so basically I won't be learning at the rate I'd like to be. Maybe I'll just buy a few textbooks and teach myself haha (Y)
So is Wednesday's class the accelerated one? Argh the time is so inconvenient :( :( :(
Yeah, Matrix is sort of out of the question - it's way too expensive and my friends say it's not even that good o_o
I got them for like $5 each I think haha- obviously it wasn't the latest edition but doesn't really matter. And no, they split by module (so production of materials, acidic environment etc.). You can find questions sorted by dotpoint online but they don't come with answers.
I bought both of them from another student and I did not even open them once during the whole year LOL. Tbh I wouldn't bother with them- there are a lot of other resources out there that are much better value. Success One is actually pretty good because it splits everything by topic (buy it off a past student though- its too expensive new). And I'm assuming you're talking about the year 12 stuff yeah? In year 11, I don't think there is success one.
Yeah probably. Although I'm hoping my backup plan(s) don't include any mathematics related courses (even though I enjoy it I don't think I want to pursue something that is heavy in that area). So probably something like commerce or eco. Still crossing my fingers I do well enough to get into law though.

But if it really comes down to it and all else fails I'd probably go for aviation or something. I was a huge fan of airplanes since I was like 5 and still am :D
Well then, looks like you're set for life aren't ya :p Tbh, I'm just gonna focus on doing my best in the HSC then probably consider my options at uni :)
