    Having second thoughts.

I don't know whether to do: OPTION A: Economics/Law - Two potential career paths, two highly complementary courses in the corporate world!! - A fallback option if I really hate law. - Perhaps stronger job prospects than Arts/Law. Could someone verify/refute this point??? What exactly are the...

what to do with an arts degree?

I was thinking of doing arts to maybe become a writer, novelist, journalist, editor, etc. (Possibly Sydney B Arts (Media and Communication)). But that was before I got into law! More seriously though, I have an arts/commerce relative who majored in Asian Studies (or something...) and really...

    What to combine law with?

Actually, a Bachelor of Economics (Sydney) will have exactly the same subjects as Bachelor of Arts with a major in economics - both are 3 years, have the same compulsory 10 units of economics/statistics and the remaining units are electives. And, more seriously, is there any practical reason...

    What to combine law with?

So, I got into Sydney Combined Law [99.70] (yay!) and am not too sure which degree I want to combine law with exactly. The following combinations are available: Arts/Law Arts (Media & Communications)/Law Commerce/Law Economics/Law Engineering/Law Information Technology/Law...

Hi. Not so sure what I'm doing. Preferences are 1. USyd Economics/Law 2. USyd Economics. So... I guess Economics because of 99.05 ATAR. But I was still thinking about maybe Commerce/Arts or Commerce (Liberal Studies) for 2nd round offers. Obviously, I have no idea! Either way, still very...

Can someone please explain very carefully and not too long.

That's a very niche entrance though, wouldn't call it the cut-off - more of a 'fast-track' (lol) especially considering you won't really be touching medicine until 4th year. Same kind of thing applies to law where the ultra-hgih cut-offs of 99.65, etc aren't really required to study law. Thus is...

    help!

I use images in my short story. And my major work was ~7600 words but I culled so much out because I changed my concepts so often that there were sections which were completely irrelevant by the end.

    help!

A short story is 6000 to 8000 words with a reflection statement of 1000 to 1500 words. With a short story, do you think it would adversely affect my mark if I'm around the lower end of the word parameters (i.e. around 6000 words) (honestly!)?

    FergHSC?

Hmm... because it'll cost around $264 and I'd much rather spend that kind of money on cigarettes. If it makes a difference, I live in the country so tutors are scarce, and I think it would be beneficial to have Sydney teachers mark my work. Try with all your might to stick yourself in my shoes...

    No Money in Law !?

Sorry, but NO ONE was answering my goddamn question! I got a little desperate - is that so hard to understand? In fact, still, at this point in time, no one has anwered my question! And wtf person above? 2010= HSC this year, not prelim

    No Money in Law !?

No. I will not "fuck up". BOS wasn't designed for dumb-fucks like you to come and stroke their ego about how good their shitty engineering courses are (which is obviously why you're keenly interested in this forum). I'm actually seeking advice about a HSC matter - and that is exactly what this...

    No Money in Law !?

Um.. was that in reference to me? But, seriously, can someone view this website for me and tell me what they think: FergHSC :: HSC English Tutoring :: Tour of HSC Tutoring Online I like the idea of my essays being checked before I hand them in. But, on the other hand, ~$20 to mark an essay...

You don't understand our legal system. We give people a fair trial because it is just. There is no assumption of guilt.

    No Money in Law !?

Might I direct people to this question (I'm thinking of signing up as I do so many essay-based subjects, but it's very expenisve): http://community.boredofstudies.org/851/general-discussion-2010-hsc/247643/ferghsc.html

    No Money in Law !?

I know about Euler because my girlfriend does MX2 (she's still hot btw), and I DEEPLY regret not choosing it. For the record, I'm totally flogging all the MX1 kids in mathematics (not bragging). At my school they sort of discouraged us from taking up both extensions in year 11 - so I just chose...
