A friend of mine obtained an ATAR of 73. Now, he wanted to ultimately do engineering at UTS but his ATAR is under the cutoffs. What are his options? Different universities, alternate pathways, I'd like to know as many possible alternatives for his situation. Thanks in advance.

If a question goes "blah blah, find the population in 99 days" and you get some answer that would usually round up (0.5~0.9), do you round up? Because technically you can't have more than half a person.
