Partly because of the exams, I have been accepted
into the first part of the LLM at London University .

I will be doing the exams for the PG Cert in Law (equities and trusts ) in May 2006, followed by the PG Diploma ( commercial trusts ) 6 months later, followed by a final exam for the LLM ( International trusts and company law ) another 6 months later.

Thus I should have a LLM by the November 2007 and
will be in the strange position of having a LLM before I get the LLB.

In the long term , I hope that having a LLM from London Uni and having a few publications will help me to get into the BCL/ DPhil.

and I do mean it coz I actually get it... I vaguely remember that to seek equity one must do so with "clean hands" so to speak - doesnt that mean you don't break any laws in seeking equity or something
