Thank you @hellokitty48920 for sharing this very useful information. One question: How do I know which classes to select in my timetable. I apologise if this information is already in the handbooks or UNSW pages, but I am generally confused here. I did use Auto Timetable, but other than, how do I know how to timetable the classes? Also for some reason Physics won't get auto-timetabled.
ofc its okay dont apologise! I didnt use auto timetable I manually did it. hold on, could u just tell me ur degree again pls and I'll have a look on the unsw progression plan and help u better

I assume you've chosen ur courses (where the search bar is, paste/type the course name/code and enrol it) then once ur courses are successfully enrolled (green tick) u go to the button in the image^ 'select classes', and choose from the left side to see what suits u, if a class isnt showing on the left side bar u might have to scroll or else u probs didnt enrol it properly.

Then click the right hand side blue button saying 'select classes' once ur finished choosing.

For people who have done their schedules (particularly unsw) how often do you have in-person classes?

Wait, but are there any specific classes or anything like that I need to select for courses? Or is it completely up to me?

Group 1
I'll have a look for u now! I just had to know which group so I could check.

okay the flex engineering degree seems a bit diff to me compared to everything else, but I think u should follow what the plan tells u cos its very helpful and most kids follow it exactly. it seems that there arent any prerequisite courses according to the plan I sent ^ however, maybe some courses will have 'prerequisite 24 units of credit' so u can only take them after T1 which doesnt tell u on the plan. U can try finding this on the UNSW website > ur degree > handbook > scroll to classes and click to see if they have prerequisites. I was trying to do this for u but I have no idea how to find the degree for flex engineering so sorry idk how it works 😭

I rlly think th prog plan is a very useful guide as to what to choose tho

Thank you @hellokitty48920. UNSW should really make things clearer, there is so much ambiguity regarding these processes.
ofc anytime! I know it's soo annoying. I literally have only gotten the hang of it before most people since I accepted and enrolled the day after results through my early offer as my friend in uni helped me with every single step 😭 I was sooo confused at first so dw. and I guess its a similar process with most uni's.
