it doesnt do anything except stop u from hitting hte retry button every few seconds!! if u keep retrying too quick u get the db is closed..

its supposed to stop ppl hitting it so hard, but it doesnt.. ppl just keep doin it

i opened up firefox isntead of ie.. and it worked first time..

then i put in my details and tried to login and it told me it was closed for maintenance... ??
