WOW, just watched the latest episode of suits (episode 9), had to vent

What do you guys reckon is going to happen? louis to vote for pearson or hardman? the promo for the next episode seemed that louis voted for hardman, but maybe they want the audience to think that?

arghhhhhhhhhh can't wait for the next episode

Yeah seems like it, but I thought Louis only needed Jessica's signature?
I think it's up for Louis to decide whether he is staying or moving, but the tearing up of his resignation was symbolic of Harvey being on "the same page" as Jessica by wanting him to stay at the firm

Yes, this. Louis would still have the choice (though judging by his reaction, he won't be taking it); the act was more a gesture for Harvey.

There's always been a subliminal power struggle, but I don't think we'll ever see real contention between Harvey and Jessica for managing partner.

Jessica should always be managing partner.... She's obviously better than Harvey. If there was a power struggle, Jessica will crush him no offence. She has the other senior partners on her side, and Harvey isn't really that liked.

I believe that the "struggle" is moreso similar to mike and Harvey where mike wants to be recognised and not babied. This is similar to how if mike was to run against Harvey, mike would be crushed.
