No, there would be a difference in video quality as well as they are capped by different groups. I dont get the 700mb ones personally because i dont think its really worth it, but im sure they are a higher bitrate and the audio is much better.
Thanks again:).

It would depend on whether her video and sound cards have the appropriate connectors; afaik most generic sound-cards don't have RCA out, but you could connect up the visual signal and just play sound through the PC speakers. The whole thing is probably more trouble than it's worth unless she has a laptop.

there is a more simple way around this. Get a cable that plugs into your computer audio jack but then on the other end is an RCA which you plug in to your tv/vcr.

or you could convert the files into VCD/DVD format and burn them and watch them on your DVD Player. But then again that could be more trouble than its worth unless you know what your doing ;)

Hey Krangelus, I am wondering if you could help me out again. I tried to play the "HRHD - AC3.5.1" file I downloaded in DivX Player but it says:

This file contains unknown audio data. The video file you are opening includes data that is not recognized by the DivX Player.

The file contains the following type of data:

Audio data: Tag 8192

You may need to install a new audio codec on your computer to listen to the audio. You can either stop playback now or watch the video without the audio.
So I am just wondering what this codec may be and where I can get it from. Thanks for any help:).

try downloading & installing the ac3 codecs from this site. theyre on the left hand side menu list thing.
Thanks again Krangelus:).

Just a question for everyone, what do you use to watch your DivX/XviD files? I just use the DivX Player. I heard that that is the best too:).

I think someone said before that some television shows have a break until February 2005. The O.C. might be one of them:(.

That is earlier than I expected. Isn't that still the non-rating period:)?
